• The prospective Business Participant owner should be a Graduate or a person with good understanding of real estate industry.


• The prospect should be financially sound so that sustenance in business in due course may not be an issue.


• The prospect should have managerial capabilities as he/she has to deal with different people such as his own employees, customers, agents, regional managers and Corporate Office.


• The Person concerned shall have excellent attitude that will help shine the image of the company.


• The prospect should have good interpersonal and communication skill.


• The prospect must have the knowledge of the geographical knowledge of the area where he/she wants to have his/her Business Participant.


• Shall be capable to open more and more outsourced Business units in different Transaction prone areas falling within his/her territory.

Roles & Responsibilities
The Business Participant is responsible for the following activities in his/her territory:

• Set up a IndiaAbasan.com Business unit with the assistance of the IndiaAbasan.com corporate office
• Establish Agent Network under him/her
• Buyer/Seller Lead Generation, Revenue Generation from Real Estate Transaction & related activities.
• Training Support; Coordinate and ensure the IndiaAbasan.com training for his/her team.
• Provide business activity support to the agents below him or her in terms of suitable project identification, making presentations to the builders.
• Regularly update the Corporate Office about Market Status and working towards enhancement of the same
• Co-ordinate and assist the agents to set up the operations, share market intelligence information pertaining to the assigned areas
• Needed to be ensured about the ongoing operations meet the standards of the company.
• Oversee Sales operation done through local Agents.
• Any other criteria to be communicated by the corporate office.

Business Participant Requisites

• Carpet area of 1000 sq.ft. to 1200 sq.ft for a Business Unit.
• Neat Set up and ratified IndiaAbasan.com's Corporate office.
• To operate the business on good faith and trust.

Team Requirement
The Business Participant office /Business unit shall be headed by the Business Participant owner or a personnel appointed by the Owner who would be designated as Br. Manager. Rest of the team will be as below.

Sales Team

• Manager
• Transaction Agents

Customer Relations & Back Office Team

• Customer Relations Executives with Cyber skills.
• Accounts Executive.
