IAAs are the base of the pyramid of the IndiaAbasan's operating system and are the main business life line of the organization. Every franchise across the country will have IAAs. The IAAs will play the role of the bridge between the customers and the franchise.

Eligibility of Agents:
  • The prospective agent should be a Graduate or shall be a personality with basic understanding of real estate industry.
  • The prospect should have managerial capabilities as he has to deal with different people such as his own employees, customers, agents, regional managers and Corporate Office.
  • The prospect should not carry any wrong attitude that hampers the image of the company.
  • The prospect should have good interpersonal and communication skill.
  • The prospect should carry a pleasing personality.
  • The prospect must have the knowledge of the geographical knowledge of the area where he/she will be assigned to work.
  • At the time of enrollment he/she has to bring at least 2 nos. of sellable stock with him/her which we will register with Indiaabasan.com.
  • Any other criteria to be informed to the person concerned by the Corporate office.


Responsibilities of an Agent:
  • Agent has to bring minimum 2 nos. of sellable stocks per week or 8 nos. per month with all available details of the properties.
  • Agent has to sell at least two stocks* per month.
  • By every E.O.D, agent has to report to his immediate superior or to the franchisee.
  • By every week, a performance analysis program should be conducted by the franchisee and the agent has to be present there without fail.
  • Agent has to make an owner sign a Fee Confirmation Letter for his/her property.
  • Agent has to coordinate with his clients as and when required and has to maintain a good relationship with them.
  • The respective franchisee and the superior should know about the ongoing deals of an agent.
  • Agent should always carry his ID card and visiting cards provided by IndiaAbasan.com.
  • Agent should not misguide the clients or misinterpret anything on behalf of IndiaAbasan.com.
  • Agent should neither misuse the brand name of the company nor affect the reputation of IndiaAbasan.com.
  • Agent is responsible for collection of his deal and deposit to the respective franchisee.
  • Agent is not allowed to be associated with any other same kind of business or organization having similar trade; if found so, IndiaAbasan.com has the right to terminate his agency with immediate effect.
  • Company has full right to terminate an agency if an agent does not perform in consecutive three months.
  • Agent has to take written permission from his immediate superior to recruit or terminate his subordinates.
  • Agent is fully responsible for the business generated by his subordinates.
  • Agent should not misuse any of the data of IndiaAbasan.com which can incur loss of business for the company.
  • Agent has to maintain day to day coordination with his clients to remain updated about their status.
